|Extract from the Will of Elizabeth Phillips of Ramsey, widow.
|To her daughter, Ann Phillips, for her life, her three Muchwood parts in Ramsey. On the death of Ann, the same land to her children, but if she has no issue, then to Elizabeth's son John Phillips and his heirs for ever. (with a note that Ann died without issue and that the land became vested in Francis Phillips as eldest son of the above John who was then also deceased.
