In consideration of £814 to Smyth from Edward Fellowes. Copyhold parcel of pasture ground in Ramsey, (3 acres) called Lanesend Close, copyhold parcel of pasture ground in Ramsey (4 acres) also called Lanesend Close, adjoining the above close, which 2 pieces lie together and now form one close (7 acres) bounded on the north and east by lands of Edward Fellowes, on the south by lands belonging to Samuel Staffurth, and on the west by Woodlane, and now in the occupation of Edward Rose, and a copyhold parcel of pasture ground in Ramsey (8 acres) called Cross Close, bounded on the east by Wood Lane, on the north and west by lands belonging to Samuel Staffurth and on the south by lands of James Thompson, and now in the occupation of John Southam.
