DescriptionMarriage of William Murvell of the p. of St.Clement Danes, Middlesex, haberdasher, and Ann Bonner of p. of St. Andrew Holbourn, Middlesex, spinster. Reciting the will (2nd April, 1733) of Ann Mordaunt late of the p. of Beddington, Surrey, widow deceased, and that amongst other things she devised to her nephew, Coulson and William Fellowes Esq., the sum of £5,000, upon trust to invest it and pay the interest to her grandson, John Hay; on his death to pay £5,000 to his children; if he had no children, to pay the interest on the sum to her granddaughter, Ann Bonner, now deceased, mother of the above Ann Bonner; and on Mrs Bonner's death to pay the £5,000 to her 3 children. Now William Murvell and Ann, his intended wife, agree that all such rights as she may have in the £5,000 be vested in Coulson Fellowes of St. James St. nr Bedford Row, Esq., William Fellowes of p. of St.Paul Covent Garden, Esq., John Hay of Grays Inn, Esq., and William Fellowes the younger of Panton Square Esq., all in Middlesex, upon trust for her during her life; on her death, upon trust to pay the interest on the sum to Murvell; and after the deaths of both of them upon trust to pay such part of the £5,000 as may have become vested in them to the children of the marriage.
