|Copy of the will of Ibberson
|Among other things, to his son, Francis Ibberson, his 3 Muchwood Parts late Salmons, his messuage near the Forty Foot River in Benwick and the 200 ac lying next to it, which he purchased from William Papworth, his 50 ac in Ramsey adjoining the 200 ac., also purchased from Papworth, his other messuage in Benwick and the 244 ac next to it, commonly called Morris's Farm (R34/4/2.) his farm and lands in Benwick commonly called Benwicke Meere (300 ac) etc., (R34/4/5) except Lillyhills) and another piece of land in Benwick, formerly part of the Old River, and now called the River Brow (6 ac), but charged with a legacy and an annuity and the payment of £400 and interest to Richard Beaty of Peterborough, draper, as repayment of part of a mortgage on parts of the estates devised to his other sons John and Henry.
