Fellowes by Richard Benyon of Englefield House, Berks, Esq. for their portions. Thomas March Philips of Garrenden Park, Leics., Esq., Sir Stephen Cottrell of Grosvenor Place, Kt. & John Forster of Lincolns Inn, Esq., surviving exors. of the will of John March, to Benyon - residue of 500 years' term in lands as in R.40/1/3-4. John, 5th Earl of Sandwich and Richard, Earl of Effingham to Benyon - residue of 500 years' term in lands in Norfolk, as in R.40/1/5-6. Endorsed: Declaration of Trust 29 June 1804 Benyon declares that the £18,000 advanced was not his money, but that he will stand possessed of the security for this money in trust for Fellowes.
