|Silus Titus of Bushy, Herts, Esq; Lord of the Manor of Ramsey, to William Gowler of Ramsey, serge weaver, son and heir to William Gowler of Ramsey, deceased. 3 acres 3r. in the Bill, 1 acre 1 r. in Muchwood, 6 acres in the Hollow, 3 acres in Broadalls, 8 acres and 4 acres in the Turfe Fenn, all in Ramsey, which, after agreement between the Lord of the Manor and the tenants as to inclosing the commons and washes of the manor, fell by lottery to Gowler snr. in right of a commonable copyhold messuage in the Little Wight, Ramsey.
