|Articles of Agreement
|Carlton agrees to sell to Fellowes, for £1,965, 4 commonable messuages in Upwood with their outbuildings etc., and 2 closes of pasture land (3ac) called Perryes Close and Pightle Close and 6½ ac of meadow land in Upwood and 46 ac of arable land in the fields of Upwood, all of which are in the occupation of Thomas Kington and others, and all other the lands etc., of Carlton and his wife.
