|In the Cause of Dowsing and Palmer v Jackson and others. Reciting the Articiles of Agreement of the 13th May 1779 and R8/7/3. Among other things, John Ord reports that the only creditors of the late Original Jackson are Horace Hammond and the late Dingley Askham, 2 mortgagees, and that the sums due to them, including costs, are £10,165:7:4d and £1,1652:2:3d respectively.
