|Reciting that an agreement reached between William Smith, yeoman, and James Smith, carpenter, both of Ramsey, as to the devision of 5 Mereside Lots, Ramsey, the estate of their late father, Willaim Smith, and the payment, under agreement, of £10 to W.Smith by J.Smith. Now, W. Smith and Sarah his wife, and J.Smith and Hannah, his wife, to Henry Poulter of Ramsey, grocer and draper. A single Mereside Lot (8 acres) lying between a Lot now or late the estate of Martha Wheedon and a Lot of John and Mary Ibberson, a Single Mereside Lot (8 acres) lying between a Lot of the above John and Mary Ibberson and a Lot late the estate of William Austin, and half of the Bush Lot (4 acres) lying next to the Lot of John and Mary Ibberson, to hold to the use of W.Smith, his heirs and assigns. Two Lots called the Double Lot (16 acres) lying between a Lot of Francis Ibberson and a Lot of William Fellowes Esq, and the other half of the Bush Lot (4acres) lying next to the Lot of Francis Ibberson, to hold to the use of J.Smith, his heirs and assigns.
