1 - Abstract of title of the Crown to two messuages in Bell Lane, St Giles' parish, Cambridge. [Formerly belonged to Richard Kidman who was hanged for burgling house of Master of Gonville and Caius College]. Includes extracts from acts concerning sale of Crown Land, and form of certificates of contracts so made.
2 - Conveyance of above two messuages in Bell Lane, more lately called Northampton Street. 1. Commissioners of H,M,Woods, Forests and Land Revenues. 2. Jesse Hunns of Cambridge, cordwainer. Consideration: £160

The marriage to be between Francis Aymes, son of 1., and Elizabeth, daughter of 2., who also receive £70.
10 - Deed to declare use of fine mentioned above levied on same property: Francis and Thomasine Aymes to be seized for life, then to their son and heirs successively for life
