Undertaking as to bin for street sweepings in Sidney Street by the Commissioners to Sidney College The Improvement Commissioners agreed to pay on shilling per annum for a bin set in the wall of Sidney College at the Sidney Street, Jesus Lane corner, and to remove the bin at a months notice. 9 May 1883
