Property 1r in Woodhurst bounded on the S by the Town St, on the W by Town land and on all other sides by land of John Henry Pelly, formerly part of a close occupied by William Fyson to be used as a site for a school (for the children of the labouring, manufacturing &amp;  poorer classes of Woodhurst &amp;  Oldhurst) and residence for the schoolmaster/mistress. Such a school to be always in union with the National Society, and managed by the vicar, Lord of the Manor and curate etc., who are to appoint the schoolmaster/mistress. Enrolled 21 Jul 1843 in Court of Chancery.</dc:description>
