  <dc:description>A group of Alderman William Henry  Clayton's Boy Scouts on stage dressed as Wild West characters.  Alderman Clayton stands in the middle of the group. He was scoutmaster of the 4th Hunts (Huntingdon) Boy Scouts troop, which he formed in 1909.  Ernest Whitney has captioned this print "Ald Clayton &amp; his scouts"
